About fusion

Short history

Founded in 2005 fusion was intended to concentrate on providing consulting services to facilitate IT strategy development, IT architecture and the automation of business process to cut costs and improve performance through IT though primarily focused on the sales, marketing and e-commerce functions..

In 2008 in response to continued demand and an obvious shortfall in the marketplace, fusion began to move it's focus towards provision of low cost high performance IT systems for smaller businesses with smaller budgets, but requiring equal or better quality of service and fast transparent results and began to do this through profession advisers such as marketing and sales consultants. The success of the fusionCRM offering is mostly down to the input of these professionals into the design and especially the way in which it is implemented and supported..

The outcome is a focused offering of tried and tested products with an emphasis on cost reduction and increasing sales both offline and online through handling customers intelligently from first contact right through the relationship and backed by professional advisers and competent support staff at every stage..

The key to the offering is "do it at your pace to suit your budget, ask for help when you need it and do it yourself when you feel that you can.

Caliber of people.

Fusion people still deliver high end consulting services to blue chip customers, central and local government as well as working with SME's and startups. This continued engagement with the leading edge is key to the value delivered by the business.

We are primarily focused on delivering a business goal for our client as opposed to a piece of technology and we have a wealth of experience to bring to the table as well as our models, templates and best practices forged over decades.

In addition to staff we actively manage a substantial Associate network of people we know and trust implicitly with key business areas of consulting and coaching such as Marketing, Sales management,Leadership development and Change management and we place a great emphasis on the contribution made by these people and our ability to add value to their professional practices and businesses.

If time is scarce and you can afford to invest in saving time, then we will take you through a simple but powerful process of checking your business strategy and plans to make sure they fit with your choice and are well founded and then help you arrive at the optimum system, helping with change management , training and distance coaching as required.
